Our Story
A mother of 4 daughters Taharia Randolph is a natural leader but at the beginning of the pandemic was fighting a silent battle with anxiety and depression.
In search for an outlet for her emotions she enrolled in a safe haven women’s group and discover her love for crafting candles. The process was therapeutic and a family bonding experience for her and her children which inspired the name of her brand Body and Soul Experience. Especially because the top of mental health amongst the black community has been overlook for many years.
While crafting her candles each jar is labeled with a positive affirmation to inspire other to change their outlook on life because what one thinks of oneself is what one believes.
Her greatest lesson through her journey so far is no matter your situation there is always a silver lining. Never let your circumstances define you. Instead, you define the circumstances.
